It’s less than 70 days to the World Juniors and the ticket sale speeds up.

“The final day at Hartwall Arena is naturally the most demanded. The best seats have been booked already but some seats are still available from the upper level. Later a few tickets may be available also in the lower bowl as reserved quotas will be opened,” says Timo Backman, the General Secretary.

Tickets for the Finnish team’s games have also been in high demand.

“There will be well-known players in Jukka Jalonen’s team and the tournament will be played during the school holidays so families around the country have a possibility to visit Helsinki,” he adds.

It also looks like foreign fans have been equally active. Especially Canadians have bought tickets to Team Canada games at the Helsinki Ice Hall.

“There are great teams playing in the tournament. My best advice is to buy the tickets soon especially if you are planning a trip with a bigger group,” says Backman.

All World Junior tickets are sold as venue-based day tickets meaning that one ticket will open doors to all the games played on one day in the chosen venue.

Prices for children under 12 years vary from €6-8 depending on the day. There is also a special ticket category for youngsters under 20 years of age, the prices for these tickets vary between €6 and 15.

For adults, World Junior tickets cost €11-29 for the preliminary round and quarter-finals, €39 for semi-finals and €49 for the final day.

There is also a Prime Seat category for both arenas. The best seats at the lower level cost between €11-59 depending on the day.

World Juniors tickets are sold by Finnish ticket operator Lippupiste. During the event, ticket sale points will operate at the game venues.
